Connor previously ran an agency called Utpec which put big brands in touch with the always evolving generations through social media. Connor now runs a firm called ARCB which helps personal brands, VC's, and Fortune 1000's tap into the spending power of the younger generations by creating custom advisory boards that consist of the worlds most talented young people.
Connor is passionate about Millennials/Generation Z, story telling, speaking, writing, start-ups, branding, social media, video production, and education reform.

A champion of high-end content, Jean is a
living tribute to copywriting for humans. In 2012, at a TEDx talk, she declared her now widely viewed “War Against Bland.” The visionary founder of MarketSmiths, Jean leads her growing team to captivate, inspire, and motivate readers. She has helped thousands of global clients generate revenue from words (up to 12,000% ROI), and transformed the writing of hundreds of seminar attendees at the SXSW Interactive Festival (2014 and 2015), SXSW V2V (2014), the Small Business Summit (2014, NYC), and other venues.
Jean’s strategy is informed by an obsession with how to make words powerful, memorable, and actionable. Her knowledge draws liberally from a decade spent writing for The New York Times, New York Magazine, T+L, other top publications, and Fortune 100 corporations such as Pfizer. A veritable ‘word photographer,’ she trains her writers how to weave dazzling imagery against razor-sharp precision, and set it to a rhythm that’s pleasing to the brain.
In 2007, Jean saw the need for copywriting for humans: bite-sized, seductive, and jargon-free. She launched MarketSmiths, a creative copywriting agency dedicated to replacing generic content with the careful strategy of words.
Early in her career, Jean learned to bulletproof documents, wield effective logic, and persuade; of limitless comfort to compliance-minded clients—particularly in finance and healthcare—Jean graduated cum laude from The University of San Diego School of Law, and spent a brief stint as a lawyer (real estate). A piano prodigy and pre-college graduate of The Juilliard School, Jean earned her undergrad degree in business from Cornell University. In her off hours, she relishes Brooklyn eateries, hikes near scenic Hudson (NY) with her boyfriend, and executes challenging yoga.

Hey there! I’m Scott! I help entrepreneurs like you grow their businesses.
I’ve owned and invested in dozens of businesses, having many successes, and also losing everything I owned. These successes and failures have not only given me a unique entrepreneurial journey over the past 14 years, but have also allowed me to learn A TON. Now I help entrepreneurs who want to grow their bottom-line while impacting as many people as possible
I take all my experience growing businesses, plus my unique concentration of marketing and strategy skills, and help groups of entrepreneurs grow their <$1,000,000 revenue per year businesses to $2m+ in less than 18 months. For those who want a little more, I do the same in a 1-on-1 setting, but I’m about impact so that doesn’t fill up much of my day.
I created the Limitless Business Group to enable passionate entrepreneurs to share ideas, learn from experts, and grow as entrepreneurs. It’s an invite-only community, but if you want “IN”, you can apply. Like I said, I love helping entrepreneurs bring their visions to life, with my goal being to impact 100,000 entrepreneurs across the next 36 months (June 2018).
